  Where to begin, I'm a little bit of a particular woman with many words so I tend to share too much information. Ok you got me, I'm very particular and extremely vocal. Anyways, the staff at TLE listen to my every concern and in turn I listen to them. Every teacher and myself have an open and honest relationship, afterall they are taking care of my children everyday. I have seen the way they work with my children to help them thrive and to grow. The patience they show in times of chaos, the love they share in times of need and the overall attitude of each of them towards all of our children is incredible. THe friendly faces in the morning are a joy to every parent especially if that morning isn't going so great.
  
  The director DeeAnne is one amazing woman. She herself is a mother of young children and let me tell you she gets it. Her door is always open and she will always listen. The facility itself is great. There are so many activities the kids partake in between the interactive whiteboard, to the playgrounds and make believe boulevard.
  
  Another big plus for me is that they also have many after hours activities for not just families but for the parents too. Lastly in all honesty who wants to send their children to a daycare without learning? For the money we pay for childcare in this part of the state I want to ensure my children are being educated. My almost 3 year old knows her colors in English and Spanish. Manners are being reinforced in class. They teach the younger children sign language. Some of the children even do yoga.
  
  Now I ask you this, as a parent wouldn't you want your children to come home every day from daycare and surprise you with what they learned that day?

  In reality I was nervous about a corporate daycare with perhaps slightly sketchy student teacher ratios. I may not want to send my baby here, but honestly the price for the care is AMAZING. I love his teachers and the administrative staff has always been incredibly supportive. I've been pleasantly surprised and am really happy with my son's experience at TLE :)

  The Learning Experience in Whippany in our opinion is top notch. Cleanliness and safety is something we look for along with education and communication. We've had our child at another location and in comparrioson, this center is noticeably 100% better. The staff is amazing! From the director down to the teachers they're all involved, friendly, caring and loving. Feels good to leave our child here while we're away.
