  I would like to thank the employees of Air Group for an exceptional job well done including Mary, Connie and especially their Service Technician Orlando.
  After having another plumbing and heating company try to repair the controls on my 7 year old boiler for two days they declared “we don’t know what to do to fix this, you’ll have to find someone else” I contacted Air Group.
  I explained my problem to the Customer Service Rep and she said she would send out one of their most experienced boiler repair technicians to take a look.
  Their Technician, Orlando, arrived and began to trace out and reattach all the wires that the other company left disconnected, identified the bad parts and verified the boiler would work once the replacement parts were installed. He put in the order for the new parts and promised to return the next day to replace them.
  The customer service rep contacted me in the morning with pricing and said Orlando would return to complete the job that day which he did.
  Orlando is extremely knowledgeable about heating systems and takes his job seriously. He performs his work in a methodical way with a complete understanding of the system and checks and double checks his work. Great Job Orlando!!!
  I highly recommend the Air Group team and especially Orlando.
